Every menu option can be completely customized to encompass any need you may have! This service is perfect when one voice mailbox is just not enough.

VOICE MESSAGING WITH OPERATOR ASSISTANCE
When a human voice is needed for only some of your calls, but affordability is an issue, this service is just right for you! Routine calls are handled by voice messaging; however, the caller is also given the option of pressing '0' to speak to a live operator.

MESSAGE NOTIFICATION
This option keeps you in touch with your callers by alerting you immediately when someone leaves a voice message for you! This service is FREE if you purchase a pager from us.

E-MAILED VOICE MAIL
Retrieving voice mail is as simple as checking your e-mail. We can deliver messages directly to your existing e-mail so you can store them and play them on demand and store them indefinitely. Or you can simply call and check your messages.

CUT-THROUGH PAGING
Your important callers are able to skip through any voicemail greeting and key in their phone number for you to call. This is a great business edge for your most important callers. This option is used in conjunction with an alpha or digital pager (see pager notification). This service is FREE if you purchase a pager from us.

WAKE-UP SERVICE
Have your voicemail box be your alarm clock too! You can customize the wake-up service to change the wake-up time AND phone number.

GROUP MESSAGING
Do you need to stay in touch with a group of people but rarely have the time to make contact? Group messaging is your answer! Leave detailed voice messaging for one person or all persons in your group.

MULTIPLE GREETINGS
Do you need a different greeting to play at different times of the day? We can set up time-sensitive greetings so that your callers will hear a different greeting for different times of the day or week.

ADD A TOLL FREE NUMBER
Add a toll free number to any service mentioned above for a very low monthly fee. (A deposit and/or connection fee may be required for this service.)
